Smith supplied just two points (1-8 FG, 0-6 3Pt) and two rebounds across 21 minutes in Sunday's 110-94 loss to the Spurs.
EDGE Analysis
Smith and backcourt mate George Hill combined to go just 1-for-15 from the field, leaving a sizable scoring vacuum that LeBron James was unable to fill by himself. The 14-year veteran appeared to be getting his act together offensively for a earlier in the month, shooting 58.2 percent (32-for-55) over a six-game stretch. However, he's now drained just two of 13 attempts in the subsequent pair of contests, a foreboding sign given his penchant for extended shooting slumps.

Smith scored 15 points (6-12 FG, 3-8 3Pt) while adding a rebound, a steal and a block in 33 minutes during Thursday's 110-103 loss to the Wizards.
EDGE Analysis
The addition of Rodney Hood hasn't changed Smith's role or court time much, and he's now scored at least 15 points in three straight games while going 12-for-21 (57.1 percent) from three-point range. The veteran guard is streaky, but as long as he's locked in from beyond the arc he'll be productive enough to warrant a spot on many fantasy rosters.

Smith scored 18 points (6-10 FG, 6-9 3Pt) while adding six rebounds, three assists and a steal in 31 minutes during Tuesday's 120-112 win over the Thunder.
EDGE Analysis
He's still the Cavs' starting two-guard, at least for now, and Smith rewarded coach Tyronn Lue's decision with a big night from beyond the arc. Smith is averaging 14.0 points, 4.2 boards and 3.8 three-pointers through six games in February, but he'll need to stay productive if he wants to remain in the starting five ahead of Rodney Hood.

Smith will start at shooting guard Tuesday against the Thunder, Tom Reed of The Athletic Cleveland reports.
EDGE Analysis
Smith probably doesn't have as much job security on the top unit as he enjoyed in recent weeks after the Cavaliers acquired shooting guards Jordan Clarkson and Rodney Hood at the Feb. 8 deadline, but he'll retain a starting role for the second straight game in which the new additions will be available. After Smith submitted a strong outing (15 points, six rebounds, two blocks, one steal and one assist in 29 minutes) in the Cavs' blowout victory over the Celtics on Sunday, it appears coach Tyronn Lue won't deviate from a winning formula, at least for now. Even if Smith does stick in the starting five for the duration of the season and shows improvement with his outside shooting, there's still a good likelihood that he'll see a reduction in the 29.7 minutes per game he's been averaging for the campaign, given the wealth of intriguing wing options the Cavaliers now have on the roster.

Smith supplied 20 points (7-14 FG, 6-11 3Pt), three rebounds, and one assist in 36 minutes during Wednesday's 140-138 overtime win against the Timberwolves.
EDGE Analysis
Smith has scored in double figures during three straight games, and this was the fifth time this season that he drained five-plus treys. After failing to average double-digit points in every month thus far in 2017-18, Smith is off to a strong start here in February.

Smith posted 12 points (4-12 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and one block across 28 minutes in Saturday's 120-88 loss to the Rockets.
EDGE Analysis
Smith's scoring total was enough to co-lead the Cavaliers alongside Isaiah Thomas on a night when the team considerably underwhelmed as a whole. The veteran two-guard has actually posted double-digit scoring in three of the last five contests, but he'd been held scoreless or posted single-digit tallies in the previous seven games. Smith could continue to see a slight uptick in usage during Kevin Love's multi-week absence due to a hand injury, but that could also be affected by any move the Cavs might make before next week's trade dealine.

Smith scored 15 points (4-7 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT) while adding four rebounds and an assist in 29 minutes during Sunday's 121-104 win over the Pistons.
EDGE Analysis
After failing to score in double digits in seven straight games, Smith has found his range, dropping home 38 points combined in the last two. A lingering knee issue may be the culprit in his scoring slump, but if that's the case it seems like the veteran guard is finally back at 100 percent.

Smith tallied 23 points (8-15 FG, 7-13 3Pt), and four steals across 37 minutes in Friday's 115-108 victory over the Pacers.
EDGE Analysis
Smith got it done both on the offensive and defensive side of the ball, contributing seven three-pointers, a season-high from him. He was under consideration for moving to bench as of late, but Friday's game proved why he needs to stay in the starting lineup as he will look to produce similar stat lines starting Sunday against the Pistons.

Smith recorded zero points (0-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt), one rebound and one assist across 27 minutes during a 133-99 loss to the Raptors on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Smith had his first scoreless effort of the season as the team got destroyed. He is now 0-of-12 from the field over the last two games, for a total of two points. Despite a consistent workload, Smith has been poor since the beginning of December, with only five games of double-figure scoring.

Smith (knee), barring an unexpected setback, is expected to be available for Monday's contest against the Warriors, Joe Vardon of Cleveland.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Smith went through practice Saturday after missing Thursday's victory over the Bulls. In his stead, Channing Frye drew the start and is a likely candidate to have his minutes reduced with Smith's return.
