Terry (rest) will not play in Monday's preseason matchup with the Bulls, Matt Velazquez of the Journal Sentinel reports.

Terry isn't dealing with any sort of injury, so he's just getting the night off for some additional rest and also allowing some younger players to get some extra experience. The 39-year-old veteran will see plenty of restrictions throughout the preseason at his age, but eventually should provide additional depth in the backcourt behind the likes of Matthew Dellavedova and Rashad Vaughn.
