Noel (knee) underwent successful surgery on his inflamed plica in his left knee Tuesday.

The team has yet to release a timetable for the center's return but noted that more information will be provided when Noel returns to Philadelphia. It is expected he will miss anywhere from three-to-five weeks as he recovers, leaving Joel Embiid and Jahlil Okafor to hold down the fort at center for the beginning of the season.
