Mohammed signed a contract with the Thunder on Saturday that will keep him with the team for the remainder of the season, Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
After striking out in their efforts to add a playoff-eligible player who was recently bought of his contract, the Thunder opted to round out their 15-man roster by bringing back Mohammed, who previously played with the team in the 2010-11 and 2011-12 campaigns. The 38-year-old most recently saw action with the Bulls last season, with whom he averaged 1.2 points and 1.7 rebounds over 5.6 minutes in 23 appearances. He'll likely assume a similar deep reserve role for the Thunder.
