Miller is in the starting lineup for Monday's Game 1 against the Bulls, KC Johnson of the Chicago Tribune reports. As expected, it will be Miller and Iman Shumpert entering the lineup in place of J.R. Smith (suspension) and Kevin Love (shoulder). Depending upon how Game 1 turns out, the pair will likely start Game 2, but Smith will be available to return for Game 3 as the series shifts to Chicago.
