The details of the contract have not yet been released, but it's likely only a one or two-year deal as Nene enters his age-34 season. Nene appeared in only 57 games last season for the Wizards, averaging just 9.2 points and 4.5 rebounds per game while shooting 54.4 percent from the floor. He remains an effective player in short stints but could have a difficult time carving out more than a minor bench role for a Rockets roster geared toward running the floor and pushing the pace.
