Henderson (hip) has been ruled out of Sunday's matchup with the Pistons.

Henderson has yet to play this season due to a hip injury that he suffered near the end of last season. He's participated in some 4-on-4 work during practice, but hasn't been cleared to return to the lineup. When he does return, though, look for him to backup C.J. McCollum at shooting guard. Consider Henderson doubtful for Monday's tilt with the Nuggets as well.
