Henderson had a left left hip debridement arthroscopy on Tuesday and is expected to be ready for training camp. Henderson was traded to Portland in late June and overall the news appears to be positive regarding the procedure. Assuming his health permits, Henderson is in a great position to be the Trail Blazers' starting shooting guard to start the season with the departures of both Wesley Matthews and Aaron Afflalo, but he definitely lacks the shooting stroke that both those players presented.
