Gay scored 21 points ( 7-16 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 5-5 FT) to go with six rebounds, six assists, two steals and one block over 32 minutes in Tuesday's win over the Pelicans.

Gay has been dialed in so far this season, scoring 20 or more points in six of his eight games. The 30-year-old forward has been a worthy compliment to Demarcus Cousins, shooting an impressive 45.8 percent from downtown and collecting 1.3 steals per game. He's been a more than capable offensive weapon, and is averaging over 17 points per game for his third consecutive season in Sacramento. With the Kings lacking offensive firepower yet again outside of Cousins, he'll continue to get his look throughout the year.
