EDGE Analysis
Fantasy owners who stayed patient with Gasol after his weak start to the season are certainly reaping the benefits of late, as coach Gregg Popovich has shown a willingness to loosen the reins on the veteran. Since playing a season-low 13 minutes in a Nov. 9 loss to the Rockets, Gasol has topped the 30-minute mark in four straight games, averaging 18.0 points, 8.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.8 blocks per contest while shooting 53.4 percent from the field during that stretch.
