Douglas signed with the Cavaliers on Monday, Cleveland.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Douglas will enter the picture with an opportunity to compete for the backup point guard job behind Kyrie Irving after veteran Mo Williams opted for retirement. The Florida State product appeared in 61 games for the Pelicans last season, averaging 8.7 points and 2.6 assists while knocking down 39.9 percent of his three-point attempts. Assuming Douglas makes the final roster out of camp, he'll compete, primarily, with rookie Kay Felder for playing time.
