Free-agent forward Carmelo Anthony isn't expected to sign with the Celtics. After Danilo Gallinari (knee) suffered a torn ACL, there were rumblings that the C's were interested in adding Anthony. However, it appears that isn't happening, so for now, Sam Hauser and Grant Williams should receive more minutes off the bench this season.
