Bazemore contributed 15 points (6-13 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 1-4 FT), four rebounds, three assists and two blocks over 32 minutes in Thursday's 104-92 series-clinching victory over the Celtics.
EDGE Analysis
Although he was listed on the injury report with a probable designation due to a knee injury for most of the series, Bazemore took the court in each game and hit double-digit scoring in four of six games. He also drained multiple threes in three contests, and was particularly proficient on the glass in Games 1-4. The four-year pro averaged 8.25 rebounds over that span, and generally provided valuable contributions across the stat sheet throughout all six games. The 26-year-old will need to step up his game even more in the second round, when Bazemore figures to draw a heavy dose of LeBron James on both ends of the floor.
