EDGE Analysis
James Harden's transition to a full-time role at point guard seems to have done wonders for Ariza, who has found himself open behind the arc more often than in his previous two and a half seasons in Houston. He's averaging a career-high 3.1 three-pointers per game and hitting them at a 40.9 percent clip, while offering his usual strong contributions in rebounds and steals. While Ariza's three-point dependent scoring often made his scoring totals volatile in 2015-16, he's been able to find some consistency for the time being, settling between 11 and 18 points in eight of his last nine contests.
