Aminu (calf) has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Clippers, Casey Holdahl of Blazers.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Aminu suffered the quad strain during Tuesday's game against the Suns and following the game, indicated that he wasn't optimistic about playing in the second game of their back-to-back set. As expected, he's now officially listed as out for Wednesday's contest against the Clippers and should be considered day-to-day moving forward, as he's yet to be given any sort of timetable for a return. The Blazers have yet to announce who will start in his place, but the team will likely fill the minutes through a committee approach, with guys like Maurice Harkless, Evan Turner, Allen Crabbe, Noah Vonleh and Meyers Leonard all options to potentially see an increased role Wednesday.
