Mahinmi averaged 4.3 points, 0.5 assists, 5.8 rebounds, 0.5 steals, and 0.8 blocks in 19 minutes per game during 61 regular season games in 2014-15.

Mahinmi struggled to stay healthy in 2014-15, suffering a torn left plantar fascia in early December, and having to deal with an ankle injury for most of February. Despite having a disappointing season, the 28-year-old center could emerge in 2015-16 if Roy Hibbert decides to decline his player option. Pacers president Larry Bird voiced his displeasure with Hibbert's performance in the end-of-season exit interviews, so Mahinmi has a clear opportunity to take on a larger role. If the Pacers decide to not make any offseason moves at the center position, Mahinmi could be worth a late round flyer in standard leagues next season.

Mahinmi (neck) came off the bench for 12 minutes against the Cavaliers and recorded one block during his short time on the court.

Mahinmi came into Friday's game with a neck sprain but fulfilled his normal role off the bench nonetheless. He should be available moving forward, although his lack of production makes him a hard player to own in most formats.

Mahinmi (back) will play in Friday's game against the Cavaliers, the Indianapolis Star reports.

Mahinmi missed Thursday's practice but seems to be in the clear for Friday's game despite suffering from a strained neck. Nevertheless, he'll likely be able to assume his normal role off the bench against the Cavaliers.

Mahinmi (neck) is questionable for Friday's game against the Cavaliers.

Mahinmi took a hit to the head Wednesday against the Bulls, and the team initially thought he may have sustained a concussion. He passed all tests, however, and has instead been diagnosed with a strained neck. Consider Roy Hibbert's backup questionable until further notice.

Mahinmi passed his concussion tests following Wednesday's game against the Bulls and is expected to be available moving forward.

Mahinmi exited Wednesday's game early so that he could properly get examined for a concussion. Coach Frank Vogel believes that he'll be available for Friday's game against the Cavaliers and there's no reason to believe otherwise, although the veteran will officially be listed as a game-time decision just in case he deals with some lingering effects after getting hit in the forehead.

Mahinmi suffered a forehead contusion in Wednesday's game against the Bulls and is considered doubtful to return, the Indianapolis Star reports.

Mahinmi should be considered day-to-day moving forward even if he's able to make his way back onto the court. Ultimately he'll need to heal up before Friday's upcoming game against the Cavaliers.

Mahinmi returned to the bench scoring two points (1-4 FG) with seven rebounds in 22 minutes against the Celtics on Saturday.

Mahinmi started Thursday's game against the Bucks with Roy Hibbert (elbow) out. Hibbert returned to action and was entered into the starting lineup in Saturday's game. Mahinmi's role is solely based on backing up Hibbert, so he would only become fantasy-relevant if Hibbert was to miss extended time. For now, it seems that Hibbert's elbow is fine.

Mahinmi started Thursday's game against the Bucks with Roy Hibbert (elbow) out. He finished the game with 10 rebounds, four blocks, two assists a steal and eight points (4-4 FG, 0-1 FT) in 29 minutes.

Mahinmi's rebounding numbers have been solid so far this month, breaking double digits three times in March, but he rarely scores and doesn't block many shots.

Mahinmi will get the start Thursday against the Bucks in place of Roy Hibbert (elbow), CF Gardner of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Mahinmi has been a productive rebounder off the bench of late, averaging 7.6 per game over the last five games. He'll see increased minutes in Hibbert's absence with LaVoy Allen serving as the primary backup.

Mahinmi returned to the bench against the Bulls Friday. He scored 14 points (4-7 FG, 6-10 FT), and added 11 rebounds, one steal, and one block in 27 minutes.

Mahinmi outplayed Roy Hibbert, and was given more minutes than Hibbert as a result. While it remains highly unlikely that Mahinmi would take Hibbert's starting spot, Mahinmi could continue to siphon minutes away from the starter. Mahinmi is usually worth using when Hibbert is out, and could gain more consistent fantasy relevance with a larger workload.
