Caron Butler (ankle) will travel for Monday's game against the Sixers. He missed Saturday's game with ankle soreness and will likely be a game-time decision for the road game. Butler's high ankle sprain cost him four games earlier this month and it could linger for a while. If he can't go, Khris Middleton will get a chance to redeem himself after a letdown Saturday night.

Caron Butler (ankle) will not play against the Pacers on Saturday night. His ankle injury must still be sore from Thursday and the Bucks are just going to hold him out. Khris Middleton should get more playing time.

Caron Butler (ankle) is a game-time call against the Pacers on Saturday. He's played well in the last two games since returning from an ankle injury, averaging 19.0 points, 5.5 boards, 1.0 blocks and 4.0 triples. His ankle could be sore and the Bucks might hold him out. If Butler sits, Khris Middleton would be a must-start option.

Caron Butler scored a team-high 17 points against the Nuggets on Thursday with four boards, one assist, one steal, two blocks and one 3-pointer in 31 minutes. He looked comfortable in the starting unit and had a several aspects of his game working tonight. Butler is coming off a 21-point, seven-triple game on Tuesday and has probably done enough to warrant your consideration as a standard-league pickup. Of course, this could all change with coach Larry Drew changing his rotations more than he changes shirts.

Caron Butler will start on Thursday night. He'll join Nate Wolters, Khris Middleton, Ersan Ilyasova and Zaza Pachulia in the starting lineup. Butler is coming off a 21-point game on Tuesday and could be effective tonight. Khris Middleton put up a 25 spot the last time he played the Nuggets and could have success again.

Gery Woelfel is reporting that Caron Butler and Gary Neal could be heading to Charlotte for Ben Gordon's expiring contract. There are also reports of Ramon Sessions for Neal, so it's tough to say which deal has more steam. But if Butler were to be shipped out of Milwaukee it would really help Khris Middleton sustain his fantasy value going forward.

Caron Butler (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday afternoon. He returned to action on Tuesday with a very impressive 21-point effort thanks to seven triples. Butler was out of the lineup since Feb. 3 due to his high-ankle sprain and is likely just dealing with some soreness. While Butler is an interesting pickup in some formats, it's hard to count on him considering the fluid rotations of coach Larry Drew, and he's been hurt quite a bit throughout his 12-year career.

Caron Butler returned from a high ankle sprain and hit 7-of-15 shots (all 3-pointers) for 21 points and seven rebounds in Tuesday's win over the Magic. This was a season high for 3-pointers for Butler, who could be ready to stay hot for the Bucks, assuming he isn't traded. He scored in double digits in five of his last seven games before going down with the injury and Larry Drew seems to like him. He's not a must-own player, but if he's still in Milwaukee after Thursday's trade deadline, anything is possible.

The Bobcats reportedly had "traction" in a trade with the Bucks for Caron Butler and Gary Neal, but talks have "crumbled in recent days." The takeaway is that the Bobcats may add a few veteran pieces to solidify their rotation while chasing a playoff spot, whereas the Bucks' list of potential trades continues to grow. In addition to this report about Neal and Butler, Luke Ridnour has drawn interest from a few teams and Ersan Ilyasova has reportedly asked for a trade.

Caron Butler (ankle) went through practice on Monday and expects to play on Tuesday. He suffered a high-ankle sprain back on Feb. 3 and has not been able to play since that game. His injury opened up some playing time for Khris Middleton, but he really couldn't capitalize it due primarily to frequent foul trouble. Butler has been hurt far too often to be picked up and it doesn't help his playing time is inconsistent. Middleton owners shouldn't panic just yet.
