Anthony (illness) isn't on the injury report for Saturday's game against the Wizards, Harrison Faigen of SBNation.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anthony missed Friday's game against the Raptors due to a non-COVID illness, but he should be back in action against Washington. He's averaged 13.6 points and 3.2 rebounds in 24.6 minutes per game across his last five appearances.

Anthony has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Raptors due to a non-COVID illness, Mike Trudell of the Lakers' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anthony wasn't initially listed on the Lakers' injury report Friday, but he'll be unavailable against Toronto. Whether he'll be able to suit up Saturday against Washington remains to be seen. Stanley Johnson and Trevor Ariza should see additional run Friday.

Anthony provided 16 points (6-15 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 3-5 FT), three rebounds and one assist over 26 minutes during Wednesday's 124-104 loss to the Timberwolves.
EDGE Analysis
Anthony did his thing, scoring in double-digits for the 10th time in his last 11 games. Unfortunately, his peripheral production left a lot to be desired, as is par for the course for the veteran. Until Anthony Davis returns to the court, there is a pretty clear path to minutes for Anthony, making him a viable 12-team asset, albeit one with almost no upside.

Anthony put up 17 points (6-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), seven rebounds, two blocks and one assist in 30 minutes off the bench Monday in the Lakers' 117-110 loss to the Spurs.
EDGE Analysis
Though Anthony's ability to overcome hamstring injury following the All-Star break has given the Lakers a much-needed secondary scorer while Anthony Davis (foot) remains out of the lineup, the future Hall of Famer's return hasn't meant much from a wins-and-losses perspective. Still, in his six games since returning, Anthony has reached double figures in the scoring column each time out, averaging 15.8 points per game. However, it's been his efficiency (52.3 percent from the field and 94.1 percent from the free-throw line) that's been a nice surprise, and his defensive numbers (1.2 blocks and 1.0 steals per game) are an added bonus. The consistent blocks production actually might be somewhat sustainable, given that the Lakers haven't leaned heavily on Dwight Howard or other traditional centers while Davis has been out and are instead comfortable with turning to Anthony and LeBron James (knee) as the last line of defense at the rim.

Anthony supplied 20 points (6-11 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 5-5 FT), three rebounds, one assist, one block and three steals in 31 minutes during Tuesday's 109-104 loss to the Mavericks.
EDGE Analysis
If Anthony can stay healthy, he could prove to be the Lakers'missing link for success. The team is tinkering with several starting lineups since the departure of Anthony Davis, and it may only be a matter of time before Frank Vogel asks the veteran to turn it up down the stretch. He could be a valuable sleeper add off the waiver wire as the team enters a critical period in the season.

Anthony scored 13 points (4-9 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT) and added five rebounds, one assist and one block across 30 minutes Sunday in the Lakers' 123-95 loss to the Pelicans.
EDGE Analysis
After closing the Lakers' first-half schedule with five straight absences due to a hamstring injury, Anthony was cleared to return to action coming out of the All-Star break. He's proceeded to deliver averages of 15.5 points (on 47.8 percent shooting from the field), 5.0 rebounds and 2.5 three-pointers over 29.0 minutes in his first two games back, and those numbers should be relatively sustainable over the next few weeks. With Anthony Davis (foot) likely sidelined until at least late March and none of the Lakers' other frontcourt options brimming with upside, Anthony should get every opportunity to provide secondary offense behind LeBron James and Russell Westbrook.

Anthony (hamstring) is available for Friday's game against the Clippers, Mike Trudell of the Lakers' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
After missing five games ahead of the All-Star break, Anthony will be back on the court as the Lakers resume play Friday. He won't have a minutes restriction against the Clippers, but coach Frank Vogel said that the team could monitor the length of each stint that the forward has on the floor. Since the start of the calendar year, Anthony has averaged 13.6 points and 3.8 rebounds in 24.5 minutes per game.

Coach Frank Vogel said Anthony (hamstring) is "expected" to play Friday against the Clippers, Ryan Ward of LakersNation.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
This doesn't come as a surprise, as the veteran forward is listed as probable, but it should still give fantasy managers confirmation that Anthony will be ready to go following a five-game absence heading into the All-Star break. Anthony is averaging 13.4 points and 4.2 rebounds in 26.5 minutes per game, but he may be limited during his first game action since Feb. 3.

Anthony (hamstring) is probable for Friday's game against the Clippers, Jovan Buha of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anthony was sidelined the final five games before the All-Star break by a strained right hamstring, but he practiced fully Thursday and should be back on the court Friday for the Lakers. He's averaged 13.4 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 26.5 minutes this season and should continue to operate as a bench piece.

Anthony (hamstring) is out Wednesday against the Jazz, Harrison Faigen of SBNation.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Anthony will miss a fifth straight game, and we won't see him again until after the All-Star break. Notably, LeBron James (knee) is questionable and Avery Bradley (knee) is out Wednesday.
