McLemore scored 20 points (7-12 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 0-1 FT) and blocked one shot in Saturday's loss to the Mavericks.
EDGE Analysis
Anthony Davis played 28 minutes, and the Lakers also had Andre Drummond and Dennis Schroder in their starting lineup, but it was the recently acquired McLemore who paced the team in scoring in the loss. The sharpshooter knocked down six three-pointers in the contest, his most since joining Los Angeles on April 6. In nine games with the team, McLemore is averaging 9.4 points and 2.0 treys while shooting 44.3 percent from the field.

McLemore will start Saturday's game against the Mavericks, Mike Trudell of the Lakers' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (ankle) sidelined, McLemore will make his first start as a member of the Lakers. In four starts with the Rockets, McLemore averaged 13.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steals in 29.8 minutes.

McLemore finished Thursday's loss to the Celtics with 17 points (7-12 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds and two assists over 23 minutes.
EDGE Analysis
McLemore's 17 points matched his season high with his current team, though he did notch two 21-point efforts earlier in the season with Houston. The veteran was a big part of a valiant fourth-quarter comeback attempt by the Lakers, during which they nearly erased a 27-point deficit. McClemore has drained 10 three-pointers over his past four contests, demonstrating his primary value to the team. He could continue to find minutes in the teens even after Los Angeles gets healthy if he is able to consistently drain shots from deep.

McLemore recorded 17 points (6-12 FG, 5-10 3Pt), a rebound and a steal across 23 minutes in Saturday's 126-101 win over the Nets.
EDGE Analysis
McLemore came in handy after Dennis Schroder's ejection, but the recent acquisition had already made his presence known independently in his debut on Thursday night. The loss of LeBron James has capped the Lakers' ability to move the offense, and a guard with McLemore's ballhandling skills should have an immediate impact moving forward.

McLemore posted six points (1-4 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT) and two rebounds across 17 minutes during Thursday's 110-104 loss to Miami.
EDGE Analysis
In his first game with the Lakers, McLemore put forth a fairly forgettable display in limited action off the bench. That said, the four trips to the foul line matched a season high for the 28-year-old guard who normally does his damage from downtown. McLemore will likely see a smaller workload when Kyle Kuzma (calf) and Talen Horton-Tucker (suspension) return to action.

Lakers head coach Frank Vogel indicated that McLemore is on track to make his team debut Thursday against the Heat, Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Los Angeles doesn't include McLemore on its latest injury report released Wednesday, which seemingly suggests that he's passed all COVID-19 intake testing. McLemore is expected to contend for a second-unit role for a Lakers squad that could use an extra scoring punch while Anthony Davis (calf) and LeBron James (ankle) remain sidelined indefinitely.

McLemore was signed by the Lakers on Tuesday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
After being waived by Houston a few days ago, McLemore quickly found a new home in Los Angeles. In 32 games for the Rockets this season, the 27-year-old wing averaged 7.4 points on 35.7 percent shooting, 2.1 rebounds and 1.7 triples per game. The Lakers are already relatively deep at the shooting guard and small forward positions, so McLemore will likely only have a fairly limited role off the bench.

McLemore has been waived by the Rockets, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
McLemore was recently cut from Houston's rotation as the Rockets continue to focus on the future, so this move was is not completely surprising. The sharpshooting wing is expected to see interest from several contenders on the free-agent market.

McLemore (coach's decision) went unused Monday in the Rockets' 120-110 loss to the Grizzlies.
EDGE Analysis
McLemore had hit double figures in the scoring column while playing 20-plus minutes in each of the last three games, but he lost out on a rotation spot with both Danuel House (personal) and Avery Bradley (calf) cleared to return from multi-game absences. In addition to House and Bradley, Sterling Brown and Kevin Porter also look to be ahead of McLemore in the pecking order for playing time on the wing.

McLemore will come off the bench Saturday against the Timberwolves, Cayleigh Griffin of AT&T SportsNet Southwest reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 28-year-old started Friday and put up 21 points (7-15 FG, 7-14 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists and one steal, but he'll shift back to the bench with Kevin Porter (quadriceps) rejoining the lineup. McLemore should still be included in the rotation but will have a lesser role as a reserve.
