Afflalo (elbow) is considered questionable for Tuesday's game against the Nuggets, Sean Cunningham of ABC10 Sacramento reports.
EDGE Analysis
Afflalo has sat out the last three games while struggling with a strained right elbow, and it's possible that he'll be missing a fourth since he's been labeled as questionable in the past while still sitting out. Further updates on his status will likely be given out by the team leading up to tipoff.

Afflalo (elbow) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Grizzlies, James Ham of CSN California reports.
EDGE Analysis
Afflalo is now slated to miss his third consecutive game due to a strained right elbow, while Garrett Temple and Ben McLemore figure to see extended playing time with Afflalo sidelined. He'll have a few days to rest before potentially returning Tuesday versus the Nuggets.

Afflalo (elbow) is listed as doubtful for Saturday's game against the Grizzlies, James Ham of CSN Bay Area reports.
EDGE Analysis
Afflalo has already missed two games with his right elbow strain and it would seem that he'll be missing a third Saturday. Garrett Temple and Ben McLemore continue to be the top options for extra playing time while the Kings hope Afflalo can return Tuesday against the Nuggets.

Afflalo (elbow) will sit out Wednesday's matchup with the Trail Blazers, Jason Jones of the Sacramento Bee reports.
EDGE Analysis
Afflalo is dealing with a strained right elbow and will sit out a second consecutive contest, as he already missed Monday's game against the Sixers. Garrett Temple saw a ton of playing time off the bench Monday when Afflalo was sidelined, logging 29 minutes of action, although he only turned that into five points, one rebound, three assists and a steal. Temple will be in line to see added minutes again, but should see a significant decrease once Afflalo returns, which could be as soon as Saturday's tilt with the Grizzlies.

Afflalo (elbow) has been ruled out for Monday's tilt with the 76ers, Jason Jones of the Sacramento Bee reports.
EDGE Analysis
Afflalo is dealing with a right elbow strain, leaving him on the bench for Monday's game. Look for more updates to come during Tuesday's practice, as his status for Wednesday's showdown in Portland remains up in the air. In his absence Monday, Garret Temple will be expected to see an expanded role off the bench.

Afflalo is questionable for Monday's game with the 76ers with a right elbow strain, Jason Jones of the Sacramento Bee reports.
EDGE Analysis
It is unclear when Afflalo suffered the right elbow in strain, but if he isn't able to play Monday, it puts his availability in question for Wednesday's match up with the Trail Blazers. If Afflalo can't play, look for Malachi Richardson and Darren Collison to see an increase in playing time.

Afflalo put up eight points (3-8 FG, 2-4 3Pt), four rebounds and three assists over 27 minutes of action Wednesday in a 94-93 win over Utah.
EDGE Analysis
This marks the second game in a row Afflalo has logged at least 25 minutes, and for a Sacramento team struggling with depth on the wing -- or depth anywhere, for that matter -- it's reasonable to expect Afflalo to see even more court-time going forward. Even when Rudy Gay (hip) returns, the Kings are starved for a veteran swingman that can space the floor, and although Afflalo offers that at a subpar rate he still fills that role.

Afflalo tallied 11 points (4-7 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-3 FT), one rebound and one assist in 31 minutes during Tuesday's 126-121 win over the Trail Blazers.
EDGE Analysis
Afflalo was once again a major part of the Kings rotation, after having played a combined 25 minutes over the previous seven games. The 31-year-old had fallen out of favor and had ceded playing time to Ben McLemore and Garrett Temple, but saw more playing time than both in this contest, despite McLemore getting the start. It is worth monitoring whether or not Afflalo has regained a permanent place in the rotation, especially with his history of discontent when forced to come off the bench.

Afflalo declined to enter the game off the bench Sunday during the Kings' 99-79 loss to the Mavericks, according to league sources, Dave Carmichael of KHTK Sports 1140 AM reports.
EDGE Analysis
Afflalo expressed displeasure when former Knicks coach Kurt Rambis moved him to the bench last season in New York, and after falling out of the Kings' lineup following a slow start to the current campaign, it appears he's dissatisfied with his reserve role yet again. Coach Dave Joerger seems committed to giving Ben McLemore a look as the starting shooting guard and Garrett Temple is playing well as his backup, so Afflalo should continue to remain on the outside of the Kings' rotation until further notice. If Afflalo's morale doesn't improve, the Kings could look to ship him elsewhere.

Afflalo logged 13 minutes in Monday's 116-92 win over the Lakers, providing three points (1-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt).
EDGE Analysis
Afflalo had effectively fallen out of the rotation the past three games with Ben McLemore claiming the starting shooting guard role, but the veteran was pressed into action Monday after McLemore suffered a bruised quad in the first quarter and failed to return. While the Kings cruised to a comfortable win, Afflalo did little to lead the charge, and if the minutes distribution Monday offers any indication, it looks like he'll still be in line for a limited role off the bench behind Garrett Temple even if McLemore is forced to sit out Wednesday's game against the Rockets.
