Smith will start at power forward Friday against Jazz. Smith has rotated in and out of the starting lineup whenever coach Derek Fisher decides he wants to go with a big or small lineup. He wants to go big against the Jazz, so Smith will get the call. Amare Stoudemire is also sitting out, so he'll most likely be relied upon for even more minutes.
