Love didn't return from the locker room because of a sore neck following halftime of Wednesday's game against the Pacers, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Love took a couple of hard falls in the first half, which resulted in some soreness. It doesn't look like anything too serious, and because it's preseason, it would only make sense for Cleveland to keep Love out for the rest of the game and not risk anything further. He may not play in Cleveland's next preseason game Friday if any pain continues to exist.
