The Cavs expect to receive Andrew Wiggins' signed contract on Thursday. That will start the clock for the Cavs to trade him within 30 days. They are obviously positioning themselves to make a move based on Tuesday's deal of acquiring three non-guaranteed deals in exchange for Carrick Felix, so Wiggins could wind up on the Wolves. Of course, they're saying Wiggins isn't available.
