Kawhi Leonard has been left off the initial Team USA roster. It's not clear why Leonard's name was not listed, but it's likely he simply declined the invite, as he's been a participant in year's past. After winning a championship, and Finals MVP trophy with the Spurs last season, perhaps Leonard simply would like an extended vacation free of injury-risk.
