The Magic are expected to discuss a contract extension with Tobias Harris around Labor Day. Orlando has until November 1 to negotiate an extension, after which they'll have to wait until the end of the season. Harris' role shrunk last season but he still averaged 14.6 points, 7.0 rebounds and 0.7 steals in 30 minutes per game. The bigger issue is that he missed 21 games, and has missed an average of 24 games per season in his three-year NBA career.
