In a radio interview on Thursday, Andre Iguodala said that he doesn't think trading Klay Thompson is a good idea. Klay's name has come up in recent trade rumors that would have Thompson and others headed to Minnesota in exchange for Kevin Love, but Iguodala hopes the trade doesn't happen. "I want to clear that up right now. We should not trade Klay Thompson," Iguodala told SiriusXM. "We've got to keep Klay first. Then we've got to take care of Klay." Iguodala later added that he thinks Love would be a good addition, but that he wouldn't want to acquire him at the expense of Thompson. However, unless Iguodala has any sway in the front office, his backing of Thompson likely won't change the Warriors' plans on this front.
