Danilo Gallinari has resumed running and dunking after having reconstructive ACL surgery in January, and his knee "is responding very well." This is welcome news for the Nuggets, who owe Gallinari a guaranteed $22.4 million over the next two seasons, and it sounds like he's on pace to be ready for training camp next fall. He hopes to play 10 more seasons in the NBA before returning to play in his native Italy at age 35.
