Paul Pierce (hip) returned to action in Friday's loss to the Hawks, scoring 13 points on 5-of-14 shooting (including a three) with six rebounds, four assists, two steals and one block in 29 minutes. Pierce also passed 25,000 points in his Hall of Fame career, and with the chance to rest looming it wouldn't be surprising if he missed any number of games to finish the year. We're not going to put him on the injury report until we hear something specific to that effect, but owners should be looking at other options.
