Manu Ginobili (bruised calf) will play vs. the Mavericks on Thursday. It wouldn't be a surprise if the Spurs hold him out of Friday's game as a precaution, but his availability vs. Dallas confirms that the injury was never serious. Tony Parker (back) is out and Aron Baynes (ribs) is questionable, but it appears the Spurs will have all of their healthy players available.
