David West played the second half with a brace on his right hand, but still hit 11-of-13 shots for 24 points, five rebounds, three assists, a steal and a block as the Pacers beat the Celtics to snap a four-game losing streak. It wasn't the prettiest of wins, but it was a much needed W for the reeling Pacers.
