Greg Smith (knee) will not play against the Blazers on Monday. Smith's knee issues won't go away and the Rockets should probably just shut him down. They're going to be a little shorthanded tonight with Terrence Jones out, so coach Kevin McHale might have to get a little creative with his lineups.
