Troy Murphy will start at power forward for the Mavericks against the Knicks on Wednesday. "Murphy's doing what we got him to do," coach Rick Carlisle said. "That is to rebound and stretch the floor for us." Murphy is coming off a 12-point night on Monday and hit four triples. Meanwhile, Elton Brand has been a letdown with career lows in points and rebounds so far this year. Brand is on the chopping block and we'd consider Murphy as a speculative add in 12- or 14-team leagues for owners looking to increase their 3-point production.
