Heat signed C Mickell Gladness to a non-guaranteed contract. The Heat have added Gladness as a training camp body and it is yet to be determined if he will stick around for the regular season. Gladness started his career with Miami, but spent the end of last season with the Warriors. He won't be fantasy relevant.
