Faried (thumb) returned to the lineup Friday after missing one game, and came off the bench to play 28 minutes and finished the game with 12 points (4-9 FG, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, one block and three steals in 28 minutes. Although Faried returned, the Nuggets started Joffrey Lauvergne over him, but Lauvergne shot 3-for-8 from the floor in 26 minutes. Expect Faried to return to the starting lineup soon. His next game is Sunday against the Pelicans.
