Wright provided nine points (3-6 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three assists, two rebounds, and two steals in 16 minutes during Monday's victory versus the Kings. Wright has contributed in some way, shape, or form in nearly every game since Robin Lopez fractured his right hand on Dec. 15. Additional injuries to Joel Freeland (shoulder) and LaMarcus Aldridge (thumb) could hand Wright further relevance in the forward rotation, especially if Aldridge's ailment is considered serious. During the All-Star's 13 DNPs last season, Wright entered the starting lineup as a stretch four, which coach Terry Stotts may be forced to trot out in the short term. Even if Wright realizes an expanded workload, though, he's unlikely to provide much outside of three-pointers, as evidenced by 2.4 treys per 36 minutes in 2014-15.
