Holiday (ankle) will not play Wednesday against the Pistons, Nakia Hogan of the New Orleans Times-Picayune reports. Holiday, who entered Wednesday listed as questionable, will sit out the game with inflammation in his ankle, which first arose Monday against Boston. It's likely not something that will keep him out for an extended period, but he should be considered day-to-day until further notice. The versatile Tyreke Evans is expected to enter the starting lineup in Holiday's place.
