Thornton (calf) did not play Friday. Thornton has missed nine straight games with a calf injury. He's a roleplayer off the bench for the Celtics, and through 20 games this season, he's averaged just 8.2 points and 1.1 three-pointers in 15 minutes per game. The Celtics play the Bulls on the road Saturday.
