Neal (shoulder) did not participate in the contact portions of Tuesday's practice and is considered questionable for Wednesday's game against Chicago, Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer reports. Neal's chances of playing appear bleak at this point, and with Marvin Williams (shoulder) and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (leg) both doubtful to play, the Hornets will likely be shorthanded on the wing Wednesday.
