Martin (right plantar fascia strain) missed practice Sunday, the Detroit Free Press reports. Cartier hasn't been healthy enough to suit up for the first three games of the regular season. The Pistons don't play again until Wednesday, but we should have a better gauge of Martin's availability if he's able to return to practice Tuesday. Upon his return, Martin is expected to have a limited role in the rotation.
