Carter played in 16 minutes in the Grizzlies' win over the Timberwolves on Wednesday despite his ankle injury. Despite logging the second most minutes off the bench for the Grizzlies on Wednesday, Carter went 1-for-7 from the floor for just four points. Tony Allen also got the nod over Carter in crunch time in a close game. Still, it looks like Carter will be playing reasonable minutes off the bench.
