Hamilton scored 12 points (6-10 FG, 0-2 3P) in 20 minutes of court time off the bench during Tuesday's preseason game. He's battling Greg Stiemsma and Will Cherry for the final available spot on the Raptors, and while Stiemsma's ability to protect the rim probably gives him a big advantage in that competition, Hamilton won't hurt his chances if he continues to provide these kinds of minutes in the preseason.
