Ebanks has signed with Herzliya of the Ligat HaAl, Eurobasket.com reports. Ebanks put together an All-Star season for Springfield of the NBA's D-League last year, averaging 23.0 points (on 45.7 percent shooting), 7.8 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 2.2 threes, and 1.2 blocks in 36.6 minutes. However, after failing to garner much NBA interest since leaving West Virginia after the 2009-10 season, he'll try his hand abroad.
