Justin De Fratus (elbow) will resume throwing Monday.
De Fratus has been shut down since early in camp due to elbow soreness, but he's evidently progressed to the point that the Phillies will let him test it out again. The 24-year-old right-hander is an intriguing potential bullpen arm after posting a 2.99 ERA and 99/25 K/BB ratio over 75 1/3 innings last season between Double- and Triple-A.

Justin De Fratus will be shut down for about a week due to soreness in his pitching elbow.
He'll be checked out by the team doctor before hopefully resuming his throwing before long. At this point, the Phillies don't seem to be concerned that it's a serious ailment. If healthy, De Fratus will compete for a spot in the bullpen after posting a 2.99 ERA and 99/25 K/BB ratio over 75 1/3 innings this season between Double- and Triple-A and a 2.25 ERA in five games with the Phils.
