Wright pulled his right hamstring while sliding awkwardly trying to steal second base and is likely headed for the 15-day DL, ESPN New York's Adam Rubin reports. This is really bad news for the Mets as they are thin in the infield at the big league level. There is not an official timetable yet on Wright, but a hamstring pull often means that the player is sidelined for at least a few weeks. One option could be to recall Dilson Herrera or Eric Campbell from Triple-A Las Vegas, which could result in some pieces being shifted in the infield. Either way, owners of Wright should start looking for a fill-in option at the hot corner.
