Wada (groin) was activated from the 15-day DL on Tuesday, Carrie Muskat of MLB.com reports. The Cubs went ahead and activated Wada on Tuesday in anticipation of his 2015 debut Wednesday against San Diego. Wada, who posted a 2.86 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 29:10 K:BB in six rehab starts with Triple-A Iowa, will get a chance to hold down a rotation spot with Travis Wood moved to the bullpen.
