Vargas struck out four and walked one while allowing five runs on eight hits over 5.2 innings Tuesday against the Twins. He did not factor in the decision. Little has changed with Vargas, as he's best utilized in AL-only formats or as an occasional streaming option in deep mixed leagues. Even in a matchup as favorable as Tuesday's, he's prone to getting knocked around, however.
