Uehara pitched through some trouble on Tuesday to record his 10th save of the season in a win over Texas. Uehara struggled a bit as he gave up one earned run on two hits while striking out one batter on Tuesday. He did just enough to get out of the jam and earn the save. Uehara now holds an ERA of 2.08 and a 0.69 WHIP, and is without a doubt considered one of the better ninth inning guys in the league.
