Uehara (hamstring) will report to Low-A Greenville on Wednesday and pitch a simulated game Thursday, the Boston Globe reports. If all goes well, Uehara will pitch an inning for Greenville on Saturday. The plan is to have Uehara activated off the disabled list in time for Monday's home opener against the Nationals.
