Swarzak's contract was sold to the Doosan Bears of the Korean Baseball Organization on Tuesday, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports. Swarzak was DFA'd by the Indians last month, and he landed at Triple-A Columbus after passing through waivers unclaimed. Rather than toiling away at the Triple-A level, the 29-year-old will head overseas to continue his career. He's just one year removed from appearing in 50 games and posting a 4.60 ERA in 86.0 innings for the Twins.
