Stinson has elected to become a free agent, Baseball America's Matt Eddy reports. He began 2014 in the Orioles' bullpen, but entering his age-27 season, Stinson obviously thinks his chances of making it back to the big leagues will be better elsewhere, as he's not on the 40-man roster and the Orioles are deep in the rotation and the bullpen.
